These Terms & Conditions apply to the Giant Noosa In Store Sale promotion (the “Promotion”):

The Promoter is Giant Noosa, Unit 1-2, 1 Rene Street, Noosaville QLD 4566 (07 5474 1760)
The Promotion commences at 9:00am (AEST) on Saturday 1st March 2025 (the “Start Date”) and ends Monday 31st March 2025 (the “End Date”). Discounts will only be valid during this time (the “Promotional Period”) or until sold out.
The Promotion offer is a discount of up to 40% on selected Giant, Liv and Momentum E-bike floor stock, purchased in-store at Giant Noosa during the Promotional Period. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion or be applied retrospectively.
Promotion discounts only apply to goods purchased in-store at Giant Noosa. Discounts are not necessarily available at other Giant-branded retailers, other authorised Giant retailers, or on other websites.
Any sale items reduced prior to the Promotion commencing will not receive any further discounting.
There is no purchase limit during the Promotion. Items are available only while stocks last. Items will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. No rain checks. No laybys. All bikes to be collected within 5 days of purchase.
The Promotion offer and associated discounts are not exchangeable for cash and are non-transferable. Returned items will be refunded at the discounted price paid. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Giant Noosa reserves the right to cancel or amend this offer at any time and to amend these Terms & Conditions.
By purchasing products from Giant Noosa during the Promotional Period, the individual is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
